The 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham of the Torbiscal variety, reared in the Dehesa del Valle de Los Pedroches, is the result of all the effort and work in the fields. In its composition and texture, it concentrates all the virtues of the pasture. It surprises in the mouth due to the great amount of aromatic nuances released by its shiny acorn-fed fat when it melts.
