MIO acorn-fed 100% Iberian salchichon is made from the noblest pork pieces, it is elaborated in a handcrafted way mixing in a subtle way black pepper and other spices, with the utmost respect to the raw material to obtain a perfect balance between its aromas.
Ingredients
100% Iberian pork lean and fat. Torbiscal variety salt, garlic, spices (pepper and nutmeg), dextrose, antioxidant (E-331 and E-301), stabilizers (E-450 and E-452) and a preservative (E-252), wine and natural pork tripe. WITHOUT GLUTEN.
