Canal Cocina TV program, exclusively specialized in cooking and preparation of dishes with different chefs, traveled to Pozoblanco, Córdoba where visited MIO1898 facilities.

Rafael Muñoz welcomed to Canal Cocina team in Los Pedroches valley and with Amaro López, adept at crumbs, and Juan, “El Rincón de Juan” owner, cooked an excellent crumb dish. Torbiscal products were the main characters in this traditional Andalusian dish. The torreznos, red Chorizo, and white Chorizo gave the special taste in the dish elaboration.
